A common theme amongst my page content is the separation of management versus leadership. This also comes down to the separation between bosses and leaders.
Bosses manage, while leaders lead.
That is not to say that both are not extremely important in any professional setting, but understanding the difference and experiencing it firsthand will set you apart from your peers, your staff, or even top level executives.
