Leadership is both an idea, and a learned skill. All I know, I have learned from several amazing mentors throughout my professional career. It is important to always be in a state of mind that you may not have all of the answers. This allows for listening and learning to occur. My goal is to translate knowledge I continue to acquire professionally, to those who may find it insightful on their journey!
My name is Zach Taylor Ferlise, and I hope to provide helpful insight to individuals and companies in their professional careers. My purpose, is to empower others to become the most effective leaders in their own way, whether personally or professionally, to go and do the same for others.
I have over 6 years of experience leading individuals and teams in various forms, mainly at non-profit organizations throughout the state of Colorado. Working for non-profits and in public service is my passion, which is the most important aspect of building a career. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership with Specializations in Marketing, Business Administration, and Public/Non-Profit Management.
